We strive to give the best service possible to each and every client who comes to Sophia’s Beauty Lounge.

Any client who arrives late will impact our ability to serve our next clients. We encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes early of your scheduled appointment so that you can choose your nails polish colors ahead of time. All appointment will be held for up to 10 minutes but please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service and you will be responsible to pay a full service fee. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment we reserve the right to reschedule your service.

If you unable to keep your appointment, please kindly give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. We understand that emergencies happen that require last minute cancellation but please inform us as soon as possible otherwise your appointment will be marked as “NO SHOW” and we reserve the right to charge a $10 flat fee towards your next appointment.

We highly recommend that you book an appointment.

Walk-ins are always welcome subject to the availability of our technicians. If our technicians are all busy, we’ll do our best to work with you to find an appropriate time for an appointment. You are always welcome to wait for the next available technician if you have time as well.
